The launch event of the Med New Job project will be held on September 18 at the “Versilia” Sailing Club in Viareggio.
The event includes a conference entitled “The blue supply chain: strategies and paths in the area of ”‹”‹cross-border cooperation. The Cross-border Observatory as a tool for new perspectives in the sector”.
The event will highlight the role of the European Territorial Cooperation.

About the project:
Med New Job main objective is to create new employment opportunities within the nautical sector in Tuscany, Sardinia, Liguria, Corsica and Var, in a region naturally connected to blue economy.
The project, co-funded by the Interreg Italy-France Maritime Program 2014-2020, aims to create common services in order to relocate expelled workers. For this purpose, Med New Job will create, develop and test a cross-border platform of services for active employment policies in support of the nautical sector.
